The following policies are the guidelines for Whitefish Cottage and our guests:
50% of the total amount of your stay is due in order to confirm your reservation. The balance is due 60 days prior to your arrival. For reservations made within 60 days of arrival, the entire amount is due to confirm your reservation. Payments should be made by check or money order and mailed to the address below. Date availability is subject to change until receipt of payment, but grace periods will be granted.
Cancellations received greater than 60 days prior to your reservation date will be refunded less a 20% administrative fee. Cancellations received within 60 days of arrival will be refunded less a 20% fee only if the property becomes rented by another party. If we are unable to rent the property, the deposit is non-refundable.
We are pleased to welcome your pets to Whitefish Cottage with prior approval for a $50 one-time fee per pet. A zip-line is provided for your convenience. Dogs are not to be left unattended at Whitefish Cottage. You are expected to take your furry friend with you when you are out exploring. Dogs are not allowed off leash in Whitefish. Please clean up after your pet, or an additional cleaning fee will apply. We are happy to recommend a kennel for your convenience while you are out exploring the area.
Whitefish Cottage is a non-smoking property. Please refrain from smoking tobacco in the house. Evidence of smoking, including bad odors, will lead to an additional cleaning fee.
